Dr. Seuss Week!

We've had a busy week already reading about Dr. Seuss! On our first day we read these Dr. Seuss classics: There's a Wocket in my Pocket, Hop on Pop, Mr. Brown Can Moo, Yertle the Trutle and What are you scared Of? Forgot to post any pictures yesterday and here is the one picture that I took in the morning.

This is our first day puzzle!

 On our second day we read these Dr. Seuss tales: The Cat in the Hat and the Cat in the Hat Comes Back and we made cat hats, thing "sock buddies," and snow pictures.

Three Sock Buddies

 In the afternoon we watched our Dr. Seuss tales. We watched How the Grinch Stole Christmas and made gingerbread houses and then we watched Horton hears a Who. In the afternoon we had our the Junior High Kids in the neighboring classroom help us carry our houses to the gym.
